If you love a thing, give it away;
or else it will possess you.

If you love someone, set him free;

or else he will betray you.

If you love the world, leave it behind;

or else it will deceive you.

If you love your ego, tame it right;

or else it will conquer you.

If you love the Most High,

Ah! cease not; or else…
